It occurred to me today that it’s nearly March and im not really happy about it.
I’ve been so busy lately that it still feels like January. While most people are thanking the calendar gods that spring is almost here, I on the other hand am pouting about it because I’m just not ready to give up boarding!
I haven’t gotten as many trips in this year as I wanted (I should note that I’m never satisfied with the amount of trips I get in). I also have not taken Kaylee boarding nearly as much as intended. While I do love spring riding, it’s also depressing at the same time knowing we have to wait another half year to do it again.
However, last weekend I did get two glorious days of powder riding in, with plenty of footy to prove it. Hopefully I will have some of it edited soon for everyone to check out.
Spring time does bring good times though, like skating, camping, fishing and other stuff… I guess its not all that bad… Wait!.. What am I saying?! ITS ALMOST MARCH!!!

We feel the same way. We are up here in Boston and the winter has been brutal. After blowing around sand in your face we are all excited to hop on skateboards in the spring time.

Come on; spring brings some of the best riding! Well, as much as I do love powder, you can’t beat those sunny days spent shredding the park

I also didn’t get as many trips as I had hoped! But yep.. looking forward to spring and summer and surfing… and hopefully a better snowboard season next year (esp. since it’s the Olympics in Van)..
