Boards and Decks has been pretty much dead for some time, which i’m sure a few of you have noticed. This was due to many things which I won’t go into. However I am able to devote more time and attention to the web again but it just didn’t feel right kicking this old beast back into gear.. so I decided to create a NEW blog: WhoaSnow

Whoa it’s WhoaSnow.com! WhoaSnow is a purely winter based blog focusing 90% of it’s attention on snowboarding. Sorry skaters.. my true passion has always been snowboarding.

Awhile ago when there seemed to be more than 24 hours in one day I had created a few snowboard designs using both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Considering I have not used my snowboard templates for a long time I am offering out to the public.

Second of all, I have decided to mostly use twitter to post absurd and ridiculous tweets that have no relevance to anything going on in my life. Well that, and BND updates.

I spent some time updating the design of BND this weekend. Some changes are obvious, some a little less so. One new feature is the Flickr Feed placed right smack dab in the center of the page. If you would like to show off some of your own pics just join the BND Flickr group and upload your photos, then presto! Your pics will instantly be on the homepage, unless of course someone else bumps them off with their own sweet pics.

I’m always trying to improve the look and functionality of Boards and Decks, let me know what you think of the latest changes and if you have and good ideas for the site please feel free to share them.

The neighbors and I broke out the ramp and BND Boxes for a little backyard tomfoolery. Even Kaylee joined in on the action, here is a little of what went down.
