First off, I invite you to join me on Twitter.

Second of all, I have decided to mostly use twitter to post absurd and ridiculous tweets that have no relevance to anything going on in my life. Well that, and BND updates.

Enjoi!… ahem.. Enjoy!

Let set the record straight, just because I live in New Hampshire does not mean I like NASCAR, nor does it require me to only drink Pabst Blue Ribbon, although I have been known to.

I enjoy living in a small town, but sometimes I understand why people stereotype us. There are some real wacko’s out in these woods. Harmless people for the most part, but weird none-the-less. So im here to clear my name of any generalization you may be thinking.

- I do not participate in the shameless hunting of animals.
- I absolutely have all of my teeth.
- There is no rusty car frame in my front yard.
- I do not drive a pickup with a wooden flatbed, deer antlers and a confederate flag.

Now that we have that settled let me tell you why I do choose to live in a small town. The answer is simple: It’s beautiful.

I would much rather have a backyard full of trees and rivers than Starbucks and traffic lights. There’s something great about seeing the stars at night and hearing the birds in the morning.

Sure I miss out on some luxuries. Public transportation is non-existent. There are no 5 star restaurants in walking distance and as for the night life? Well.. it’s there, but mostly consists coyotes and fisher cats.

I guess I’m just not cut out for the city, what about you?

Boards and Decks is proud to feature a film brought to you by Ross Brier, the creative mind behind Panty Tree Productions and Amateur Films. Ross is a good friend of mine, and a very talented film editor / snowboarder. After much filming and hours spent editing, he was able to supply me with a finalized version of the intro to Panty Tree Productions.

For Recreation Only

This short film features some gnarly skills of a few amateur northeast riders including Ross Brier, Clay Brier, Matt Fries, Greg Harris, Pat Monahan, Tyler Phelps and yours truly.

We may not be the most skilled or best dressed riders out there, but Ross sure knows how to make us look good.
